Quiet minds cannot be perplexed
or frightened, but go on in fortune
and misfortune at their own private pace
like a clock during a thunderstorm.

Jan, I completely appreciate this post and absolutely love it. I would love to hear which of these rules is your favorite, and which do you struggle with the most? For me, everything is an experiment really resonates, and I've been trying to believe and work on number seven.
Like you, I am probably most fond of Number 4: Consider everything an experiment. I think it might be that for me number 8 is the most critical—there must be hard work, determination, persistence, but at the same time a light touch, allowing things to happen, to noodle their way in the direction they need to go. It's a tricky balance because it must be accomplished without thrashing about.
